Really happy with our rug. From ordering to receiving the rug it was just over 13 weeks (estimated 10 to 12) but they also had significant flooding and road closures in Morocco during that time so my delay was minimal. When I contacted Benisouk to follow up on my order, they were very responsive and helpful. Additionally the time from shipping the rug out of Morrocco and receiving the rug in Australia was so quick - less than 2 weeks. I order things online from Sydney to Perth and it takes 2 weeks! The quality of the rug is fantastic. Very thick and comfortable to walk on, perfect addition to our lounge room. No malodor or bad smells which I noted some people complaining about. The colouring is great, exactly as requested. Super happy thank you!!!! Highly recommend and would definitely order from Benisouk again. ❤️❤️❤️
