Even more beautiful than I hoped for
Ordering was easy and communication throughout shipping was excellent. I was a little worried about purchasing something sight unseen, but the worry was unjustified... the rug was even more beautiful in person. The quality of the rug was superior to what I've seen at many very nice local retail stores like Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel, and the price was so much more approachable than what I found in importer rug gallery stores. I love it so much, I'm already stalking the website for my next purchase.

I ordered three rugs from Benisouk and received the first one this week. The quality is exceptional, the colors are sharp, the pile is very thick, it is like walking on a cloud. Vibrant, soft and gorgeous!!!
This rug is so vibrant, beautiful, and soft. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the Amadur, Vintage azilal rug. When I saw that my son’s initials were in the rug, I knew it was meant to be in our home. I absolutely love it and I’m looking forward to buying another heirloom piece for my home.
Great rugs with a bit of a wait
The rug is excellent, best in our house by a margin. And the price is reasonable, if a little high, given the quality. I have no complaints about the product. But, the company leaves a bit to be desired logistically. There is a significant factory lead time with no real updates during that time. No schedule. No date that you should expect more information. No one to contact. There's a number you can call and leave a message; maybe they'll call you back? Worse, the website doesn't really have a concept of "factory lead time", so the interface reports "ready". I think a few automated followup emails to reinforce "we've got your order and are working on it; lead times are usually around a month or two so expect a followup email on XX/XX/XXXX" wouldn't be too big of an ask. Especially because, with other suppliers, "ready" for a month can mean "your order is rotting in a warehouse somewhere".
Awesome rug!!!
The rug and the customer service were all really great. Let me be super clear- I LOVE the rug - it is better than I hoped for! The only issue was that it took about 6-7 months for it to arrive. There were justifiable reasons (flooding in Morocco) but it was longer than expected by far. The delivery of it went super slow and the updates were super confusing but I was able to email Benisouk easily and their customer service person is very sweet and was super helpful in getting the rug redirected when it went the opposite direction. I definitely recommend these rugs- just maybe have patience. Mine is so soft, unique, and beautiful. Worth the wait for me.

First, they have an incredible inventory of fabulous rugs. Their website is easy to navigate and use. They are quick to reply to questions and kept us informed as our rug was being made. It has now been delivered and they're equally as prompt and helpful with cleaning instructions. Would definitely recommend Benisouk to others.

Very poor quality product & woeful customer service - DO NOT!
The quality of the rug I ordered was just shockingly bad, for which the company charged premium price: - Sensing something might be off (nearly 2 months of silence since the order), I asked for the picture of the rug. What I got was something that only vaguely resembled the rug on the website e.g. there were characters and patterns missing, the thickness of the lines was wrong, some colors were also different cf. website description - It took the company 2 weeks to recognize it, apologize and promise all faults will be rectified. I should have walked away at that point. Another month down the line, the rug arrives to London (after nearly 4 months!) and to my surprise, the finishing was so poor that although it meant to be a rectangle 240/180 cm, the edges were so poorly done with a lot bulges and irregularities, that when I rolled it out it looked terrible - more like a sort of trapez. I had few guests who saw it too, they were kind enough too call it 'pretty bad'. Their customer service is woeful. Responding takes them ages, at times reads like a boiler plate AI generated faff, their manager and sales person contradicted themselves (or lied to me intentionally), and they will try to fool you citing wrong and misleading interpretations of consumer regulations. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE your time, goodwill and money on this shady business that pretends to be ethical but is instead a profit maximizing gig based in the US that sells poor quality rugs (at premium price).

I got the Paradise Rug and It feels like Paradise
I have been searching for a rug for a while, and I got the chance to visit LA (I live in New York right now). That is where I was able to talk to Younes, and honestly, the rug that I got, the Paradise rug from benisouk.com, is fabulous. All my friends love it, and I love it. It makes my place feel so much more homey and so much more comfortable. I don't even know how to describe this purchase because it is such a great purchase. The rug is still shedding, but that was expected. It is going to be shedding for a month or so, but it is amazing. It feels like heaven whenever I am on this rug, and I really enjoyed the experience with Younes. I told him, "Hey, I want to get rid of the tassels on the end before the rug gets sent." He made sure that happened, and it was delivered to me in pretty great condition as well, in perfect condition, I would say. I am really enjoying the rug. It feels nice, and it is such a heavenly feeling on your feet.

Sketchy company
Don’t waste your time—and money—ordering from this sketchy company. —The shipping took FOREVER. If I had known these ship from Morocco (not FL), I would have never ordered. —The rug was a rag. It was quite faded and very used. I have vintage Moroccan rugs—this was not as advertised. —I was charged both return shipping AND a 20% *processing* fee to return what I consider defective merchandise. —AND the refund only came through after I asked several times. If the company bothers to write a response, just know that I have zero incentive to write anything but the truth. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

So beautiful and soft. I ordered 2 large Moroccan rugs—both are amazing. Gorgeous colors. Very soft and nice to walk on. Took a couple months for them to arrive because each is handmade. Well worth the wait. Great prices too!

Horrid Service. They say they ship in 48 hours. I have been waiting a month and no rug. I wrote to them and got a form letter back. Not good for such expensive products. If you order from Rugs.com they arrive in 2-3 days--max.

My boyfriend and I had been looking for a living room rug for months. Came into Benisouk, and Younes was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Gave us the breakdown on the different varieties/styles from the different artisans. We were thinking about doing a custom rug, but found one we loved in the showroom. It’s literally the perfect rug. I am BLOWN AWAY by this rug. I had no idea what to expect and What a treat!! Not only are the colors vibrant and gorgeous, but the depth and feel of the shag is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Really happy with our rug. From ordering to receiving the rug it was just over 13 weeks (estimated 10 to 12) but they also had significant flooding and road closures in Morocco during that time so my delay was minimal. When I contacted Benisouk to follow up on my order, they were very responsive and helpful. Additionally the time from shipping the rug out of Morrocco and receiving the rug in Australia was so quick - less than 2 weeks. I order things online from Sydney to Perth and it takes 2 weeks! The quality of the rug is fantastic. Very thick and comfortable to walk on, perfect addition to our lounge room. No malodor or bad smells which I noted some people complaining about. The colouring is great, exactly as requested. Super happy thank you!!!! Highly recommend and would definitely order from Benisouk again. ❤️❤️❤️
