TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience. I spoke with two customer service representatives over the phone, and they sold a 2-side panel as if it were a complete bed. Nobody noticed the mistake. After waiting one full week, they finally told me, “Sir, this is only a panel, not the bed.”

Never shopping here again
Never shopping here again. Ordered a toilet on July 9. They claim to have shipped it on July 10. As of August 1 nothing arrived, no tracking number, no status update. I called customer service and they said oh we’re sorry, we see that it’s not moving through the shipping system so we will issue a refund. They have no way of figuring out why the product isn’t moving through the system, no explanation. I lost three weeks. No reason to trust these jokers again.

There was no connection between my Perigold account and what I had ordered - had to spend a lot of telphome time for something the gent said was a computer glitch - it still isnt listed in my orders

The sales personnel were topnotch.
I was in a difficult situation and needed extra help with delivery and timing. The staff worked with me 100% and took care of every problem to the fullest. I had spent hours looking at every furniture store in Houston for the perfect bed. Nothing came close to the one I found at Perigold. It is as oustanding as the staff.

Delivered with advance notice and a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Delivered by professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend using this customer service again. Also love the product which looks exactly like it was described.
