An item that was supposed to arrive on…
An item that was supposed to arrive on July 2 for a bridal shower gift was delayed until October 31!!!! Now we have no gift, just a card with a picture of the gift we hope will eventually come.

I recently purchased 3 ceiling light fixtures for my house remodel. I liked the first one so much that I immediately ordered 2 more! They arrived almost overnight - really quick delivery. They were all intact and functional, not to mention beautiful, on arrival. They were a true upgrade for my laundry room and hallways.

I wrote a long review yesterday on your site...my last order was a terrible experience...overpriced and the delivery was left in my driveway in front of my garage door..they could have walked another 10 feet and left it at my door..very unhappy!

Nice item, poor packaging
I like the item that I ordered, but it was not very well packaged. It was in a box at the bottom of a big box with a lot of paper on top, but no cushioning on the bottom. It wasn't damaged, but a more fragile piece might have been.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review of your purchase. We truly apologize for this experience; we have reached out to you on your email on file to get this resolved. Thank you!
Perigold always has a wide selection and variety of items in the category I'm looking for. I've shopped here quite a bit, and the quality is always very high. Plus, the descriptions are accurate and helpful, and I appreciate the easy return policy, which gives me confidence in shopping for items I can't actually touch etc.

Hey! Thank you for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear you had an exceptional experience. Your support is sincerely appreciated, and we look forward to helping you create even more beautiful spaces in the future.
Every person at perigold has been very helpful and courteous. However after spending thousands of dollar, an offer of 15% discount if you sign up your cell phone number popped up. This could have saved me literally hundreds of dollars. Very disappointed in that.
So far, I’m pleased with every item purchased. Noting that not all have been used in the process of total bathroom remodel. So comment on product quality is not available at this time.
