Had to hunt them down a month after they never shipped it
While the seller did refund my money, it took weeks for me to notice the package had been sent back to them and find out why. After a few delayed responses I was refunded my money about a week later. This was a birthday present ordered a month before the date and I only found out it wasn’t sent by digging for who to contact about it. I was told it couldn’t be shipped because the product contained a water feature. I just got 20 water wiggles for my kids this summer. Shipped from same country and 99% water.
