Slow Delivery, Good customer service
The receiving of purchases leaves a lot to be desired. However, I have received nothing less than satisfactory customer service, namely a young lady named Luna. My most recent package was lost in the mail and she immediately sent out another. Shipments are slow but I do love their shirts.
