This is one of those reviews that if I could write zero stars I would. I ordered two dresses for my nieces wedding (order #MY166378). One dress was a size 6, the other a size 8. The dresses arrived and neither fit well. I went to the return portal within four days of receiving the dresses and requested approval of the return. The company actually asked me for my measurements, telling me they’d be kept confidential. Further, it took eight emails back and forth before they gave me a return address in China even though the items were shipped to me from California. Now they tell me I need to cover the cost of shipping to China as follows verbatim from the eighth email: When processing the return, please choose the logistics channel that includes taxes, customs clearance fees and other related charges. It is recommended that you confirm these details with the logistics provider when returning the item, so that the return can be successfully delivered.
