Did not honor advertised shipping time. Poor communication.
I ordered on Dec 12th and the advertisement online said ’pre Christmas delivery’ for the US. Only after 2 emails 10 days later did I get a shipping notification that it just shipped and is arriving after Christmas. Very disappointing.
