Do Not Buy!
Received my rug which was in a thin plastic bag and a folded mess! The rug was damaged and super cheap looking - it’s a picture of a pattern stamped on a rug. Do not waste any money on this company!! I contacted them to ask for a refund and they sent me a link on how to flatten out the rug which was the least of my issues then when I said I wanted to return it for a refund, this is what they wrote me… Hello, I'm sorry that our product doesn't appeal to you. We offer the following 2 return options: 1. Ensure that the product is complete and not used, and we will receive a full refund upon receipt of the package! Return Address: China Electronics 322, No. 2 Fu'an Avenue, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China Returning to China may require at least one month of transportation time. Considering that the transportation time is too long and the package may be damaged or lost during transportation, in order to maximize customer benefits, we agree to return [a total of $20] as compensation, and do not need to return the product. Unbelievable and my bad I guess for not using Trustpilot to see reviews before I purchased!!
