Max2 motor going out but the customer service reps were great!!
The products have a lot of potential. They seem well made but after a couple weeks of normal usage the motor in the max 2 is going out, I emailed customer service the other day but have not hear anything back from them, seems like they take at minimum 2 days to reach out. The Nora is a little thicker than I thought it would be, the girl is pretty tiny so just be ready if you have a tiny jiney. Update: The guys at lovense were super attentive and after a few questions had a replacement for me. A new Max 2 was in my hands two days later. They were very helpful and solved my problem without any hassel. The replacement has not had any issues. I do have one suggestion though to improve the Max series, the top of the cylinder kind of hurts sometimes, the r&d guys should come up with something softer, the edges of the top can be uncomfortable, I would like to see a softer rubber rim that has a little give to it and is rounded so it doesn't dig into you at angles. If it wasn't for this one thing, it's only flaw, it would be a solid 5 stars! I'm sure the guys over there can come up with a cool design that can incorporate my idea! And I'll be waiting for my free Max 3 that has this upgrade when when they release it haha Thanks guys!
