I have read some of the one star reviews and have to disagree
I have read some of the one star reviews, I absolutely disagree with them. I know you can only speak as you find , but whenever I’ve put ice in the bottles, some was melted after 12 hours , but certainly not all of it , it was still icy and really cold, so much better than other makes I have purchased. I find the quality to be excellent and bought one for my sister who had a long spell it hospital and she was delighted with it . I have always found the sales service to be superb, staff are very helpful and quick to resolve issues . I would highly recommend this company
