If I could give no stars I would. I have previously had water bottles from this company. However, I have just purchased a new one and it is clearly faulty. It doesn’t keep anything cold or warm for any more than an hour. I contacted them to arrange to return it but I have
been told I have to do a 12 hour test with hot water in the bottle and then report back to them the temperature even though I have told them it doesn’t keep anything warm for less than an hour also sent them photos of the batch number underneath the bottle. This debacle has been going on now for five days and still this company has not gave me a returns label. Their Customer Service is shocking, there is no phone number and communication via email is slower than pigeon post. I certainly will not be using this company again and will I ever get my money back for their substandard insulated bottle.

I have read some of the one star reviews, I absolutely disagree with them. I know you can only speak as you find , but whenever I’ve put ice in the bottles, some was melted after 12 hours , but certainly not all of it , it was still icy and really cold, so much better than other makes I have purchased. I find the quality to be excellent and bought one for my sister who had a long spell it hospital and she was delighted with it . I have always found the sales service to be superb, staff are very helpful and quick to resolve issues . I would highly recommend this company
Fantastic bottles. Hold cold drinks cold for over 24 hours. My ice stays for ever! So many colours to choose from. Had an issue with the delivery, contacted customer service, super quick reply, really friendly helpful service replacement order given and delivered to a different address of my choosing. So helpful! I’ve ordered again and again because of the great, friendly service and excellent quality bottles stocked. My favourite is the 950ml guzzler! The fast flow straw is exactly that even with jaw isssues (I normally struggle using straw bottles) this is no problem. Best money spent! Definitely recommend, don’t hesitate, buy now!

These bottles actually do what they say & keep drinks ice cold.They also keep ice frozen for up to 24 hours.

I can’t fault the flasks or the cups, I find if I use ice everything keeps cold for way longer than they state which is brilliant. I would love to be able to buy stoppers for the straws in a matching colour to the cup. The only negative I can find for the Newt is I would like the hole to be wider to fit larger ice cubes in. I don’t know but maybe the hole has to be that size for when having fizzy drinks in it?

I had previously bought the same drinking bottle which I loved and thought I had lost it. It keeps drinks cold for so long and I travelled Australia with it. I bought another in the same style but different colour. I then discovered the original bottle, a bit bashed and worn but still working perfectly. Love SHO products. Have a food flask as well ❤️
I have two bottles from SHO now. I ordered the SHO sports bottle which is great but I found it a bit too small for gym sessions and classes. I now use the SHO guzzler which is ideal for all sessions. Both bottles look great and don’t drip. I would highly recommend.
After my first order and seeing how fabulous these bottles are, I have since ordered many as presents and had amazing feed back of how cold drinks are still 24 hrs later. The latest was a gift for my neice who again was so happy with her gift. Feedback every time was ‘amazing’ and they would never go back to plastic drinks bottles after trying SHO. Thankyou SHO from a lifetime purchaser.
The build quality is truly terrible on their water bottles for the price. Bottle was dropped once within a week and the spout cap came clean off. Can’t fix it back and they don’t refund for “accidental damage”. Avoid this company as the price point is equally ridiculous for how bad their bottles are.
I ordered two bottles for myself and my daughter and got concerned that they weren’t delivered . I soon found out the wrong address had been entered by me . I dealt mainly with Hollie and also once with Ellie . They were so friendly, so helpful and very responsive. An absolute credit to the company and they have recalled the bottles from Royal Mail and resending to me after I provided the correct address. Thank you x
Bought replacement bottles for my granddaughters. They love their bottles, use them everyday for school. A regular size works for them and the spare tops are much appreciated.

Having bought bottles and flasks from SHO before, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. I bought the water bottle for my grandson; it is sturdy, well designed and keeps drinks cool. He loves it! It's another great product from SHO
