Excellent customer service
I have bought from SHO in the past and highly recommend their products. With a recent order there was a couple of issues, the support team were absolutely amazing and promptly sorted out all the issues, politely and efficiently. Their customer service is second to none. Definitely 5 star recommend
Perfect iced latte mug
Love the products (have now 4 different format/styles) and are happy with all of them. Excellent customer service too, one of my orders got lost and within hours a replacement has been sent (thanks Ellie).
Easy to order and prompt delivery
Easy to order and prompt delivery. Great packaging. Bought for my 85yr old Dad who struggles with an open coffee cup. He absolutely loves it and couldn't believe his coffee stayed hot so long! Great purchase and gift. I have the tall coffee cup for work and it lasts all morning. Easy to clean and great quality.
Delivered quickly
Delivered quickly, bottles are great, away at the moment and have our guzzlers with us stay cold for ages
Excellent costumer service fast respond…
Excellent costumer service fast respond wonderful bottles!!!
Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I work in a school and unfortunately the lid of one the flasks got broken. A few emails later and SHO were happy to send out a replacement lid, free of charge. They did not have to do this at all as the lid was broken through human error and not a manufacturing fault. The emails I received were all very polite and friendly.
Excellent!
I have a number of bottles and food contailers, excellent product and customer care.
Responsive, helpful and always great quality
I've had several water bottles from SHO and they have always been great, and when I have had occasions losing the water tight seel during cleaning (so completely my own fault), they have always been great sending replacements. They were very responsive and helpful!! The only brand I use now, would recommend to anyone!
Brilliant water bottles especially the Newt .
Brilliant water bottles especially the Newt 500ml I have several , the colours are lovely and you can buy extra lids and accessories which I did to have lots of combinations and the company cleverly brought out a larger 750ml bottle but kept the neck size the same which was brilliant as I can use all my lids on the 750ml as well . And can buy extra steel straws for either size to save swooping straws with different colour lids Totally waterproof as well ( provided the built in flip up straw has been pushed back down after use )! . Can’t fault them SHO reuseables.com are a brilliant company.I have been buying from them for a couple of months .Fit in the car bottle holder which is handy .I use it at night with ice in and it’s still very cold next day . Excellent Customer service . Highly Recommend . Jean Gill
Loving my new water bottle
Loving my new water bottle. I do have guzzlers, coffee cups and the ones with handles. This one just holds a 500 ml water bottle & a beautiful cerise colour. Just the right size for me. It arrives well packaged and quickly. I feel they are very well priced especially when they have a deal with excellent quality. Very happy customer thank you
It may leak, but tough, why are you using it for warm drinks?
You can't put hot drinks, in the travel mug. You have to wait for them to be at drinking temperature, so don't use in a hurry. If they leak, expect SHO to debate and demand videos and then still not replace or refund. Found my Waitrose reusable cup, far more reliable and it didn't mean I paid £22 for a landfill item.
I’ve been buying SHO products for a few…
I’ve been buying SHO products for a few years & have been delighted with them. Their customer service is also helpful & have replaced lids that needed replacing.
Great product, excellent customer service
I have bought 4 bottles from SHO and love them. I did however have an issue with one of the bottles. I contacted the company and dealt with 3 customer service reps over the course of the communication. The issue was resolved quickly and very professionally. Katie, Ellie and Hollie are a great example of what customer service should be. I would recommend and have recommended these bottles to many people. Keep up the good work and thank you again for a speedy resolution.
Great product I have got the food… not only the product great looks stylish but the customer service is 5 star
Great product I have got the food canister the medium size one and a coffee cup I have to say they are really stylish and I get stopped and asked where they’re from on many occasions, the reason for my review is that the spoon that came with the canister after a little while became loose in it joint and wouldn’t lock and I had a few mishaps where the spoon bent back on it itself spillage ultimately happened. 😬However, after contacting. SHO with regard to this issue they were more than happy to replace the spoon despite the fact that I had no longer had the reference number they were really helpful very efficient and speedy in their response. Would totally recommend anyone today product any of the range and I shall be using them in the future.
Product and Service is awesome
I've had 4 bottles of varying type and 2 food flasks over around 2-3 years They are awesome quality and keep hot things hot and cold things cold for hours, customer service is incredible off anything does go wrong, which is very rare. I had a seal fail on a bottle and received a new one in the post within a couple of days. Cannot recommend SHO enough
Customer service request
I had to deal with there customer service team and they were absolutely brilliant kept me up to date with everything couldn't fault them would highly recommend .
Up till now have loved SHO bottles…
Up till now have loved SHO bottles having owned about 5 bottles in the past! However I have just had terrible customer service as a sports bottle I received at the end of January 2026 to use with just water smelt awful after only a few hours every time. I emailed to complain, but they were adamant that it was my fault and something I was doing wrong, all instructions on use and storage have been followed ‘to the letter’ as this is the way I am! They offered me a 20% discount, which is something they are offering at the moment anyway, so didnt offer me anything! And refused to replace the bottle. I wont be using them again! I did buy a new bottle during this complaint as it was needed, and it doesnt smell at all when used! The least they could do is re-imburse me for that one as its the same price.
I ordered the Newt bottle
I ordered the Newt bottle. Absolutely love the features, being able to clean every part properly, the fact you can use the bottle for fizzy drinks is great and having the choice of both types of tops to drink from. I ordered one for everyone in our family. We are going to Morocco in July so will be great that if we buy a drink it can be put in the bottle and kept cold for longer (even the fizzy drinks). I contacted customer services and they were quick in responding and very helpful. Can’t say enough how good this company is and how great the customer service is. Definitely recommend buying from Sho.
