⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t recommend SHO enough! Their bottles are amazing – they keep my drinks cold for hours, the quality is outstanding, and the colours and accessories are gorgeous. I’ve become a bit obsessed! I recently contacted customer service because I thought one of my lids was faulty. It turned out I was actually trying to use it on the wrong bottle! They were so kind, quick to reply, and explained everything very clearly. Their customer service was absolutely brilliant. It’s so refreshing to buy from a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Fantastic products, exceptional customer service, and a brand I’ll definitely keep buying from. If you’re thinking about getting a SHO bottle, do it – you won’t regret it! I’ve just bought my 5th one! 💝

5 star service and products

I purchased a SHO sports bottle 2 years ago and I have been delighted with it, my best purchase ever. It really does keep liquids cold for 24 hrs. I recently contacted customer services with a query about a possible issue with the bottle and the response was prompt and totally beyond my expectation. I have found SHO to be a fantastic company to deal with and I can certainly recommend their products.

I purchased the SHO Guzzler 1.9l and I am pretty impressed how cold the water stays after numerous hours. It’s perfect for a heatwave. My ice cubes hardly melted and I much prefer this in comparison to plastic. I am glad that I purchased this.

Cups are good

Cups are good, they do what they say, would be nice if you had a stopper for ALL straws. I do like the flasks they do keep food warm. Also would be nice if they offered out a way to have special perks without having to log onto Facebook - shouldn’t assume that everyone has it!

Lovely company and quality products

Lovely company and quality products. I had an issue with an order and contacted SHO. In response they sent me out a replacement immediately. Wonderful customer service and kind people to deal with.

Avoid and don’t believe the marketing hype

Ordered 3 on the assumption that the manufacturer claims of keeping drink cool would be correct . It was not- the ice cubes do not last for many hours keeping drinks cool, in fact the cold water becomes lukewarm quite quickly . Absolutely useless marketing claims on an expensive bottle, and a very petulant smug customer service team ,

Absolutely fabulous during a 40 degree…

Absolutely fabulous during a 40 degree heatwave in France. Kept filling with ice cubes and water and it all kept beautifully cool in full sun while the ice cubes in our glasses melted in minutes.

Fantastic products doing exactly as…

Fantastic products doing exactly as advertised however the customer service goes way beyond. I had lost a straw that came with a bottle and this was replaced free of charge and with a supportive approach. I have bottles, cups and flasks from SHO and will continue to be a regular customer.

Large bottle, car holder size 🙏🏻

I love my SHO bottles and have quite a collection. My favourite is the Guzzler. I bought the Newt in 750ml as I thought it would fit in my car holder. The bottom 2” sit in but it’s not as secure as I’d like. Is it possible to make the larger capacity bottle in a car friendly size? Please!!!!! If so, I’d definitely give 5 ⭐️. The Newt is still awesome and nearly as great as the Guzzler 😁

Good service good quality love them

Superb little company

Superb little company - we've been using their bottles for years, as they keep hot drinks really hot and cold drinks really cold for many hours. We have a range of sizes - literally one to suit any occasion. I use one daily to keep my drink cool all day at work and we take them everywhere for walks and making a fresh cup of tea on picnics etc. They are incredibly sturdy: we have dropped them on hard driveways and on rocky paths, and they bounce beautifully, with only cosmetic damage sustained even after such abuse. After many years of continuous use just one of the several lids we have finally failed (probably one encounter with a hard floor too many...) but excellent customer service meant that it was easily and cheaply replaced. Can't recommend highly enough.

SHO thermal cups and flask A***

This compamy make stylish thermal cups and flasks that are really robust and actually work. Drinks are hot or cold for hours and easily into a second day. Most of all, their aftercare is top notch. We lost asport and wanted some replacment seals for our cups and they just sent them although we were happy to pay. Please support this exemplar small busimess

I ordered three bottles one for me and…

I ordered three bottles one for me and one for my grandchildren, the bottles arrived after Royal Mail were a little late and unfortunately one of the bottles was delivered incorrectly. The customer service team dealt with this really well and the correct bottle delivered and I was able to keep the wrong one which is sat on my desk at the moment filled with iced water next to my coffee cup filled with hot coffee.

Huge Guzzler is ace!

After a very hot racing weekend, I have bought my son a 1.9litre Guzzler as he was so impressed with my two and my Newts. He cannot wait to come and collect it and has already bought three ice trays to fill it and stay cold all day! What have I started??

5 Star Service

Have had two interactions with the Customer Service Team and both have been a delight. Hollies and Ellie have been super helpful in resolving the issues I had with two separate products, a pacto mug and the latest was one of the bottles where I could hear something moving in the wall of the bottle. Emailed and received a response in a couple of days asking me for a video which I duly sent and they have sorted a replacement. Good customer service is not always celebrated but my experiences have been nothing but positive, its part of the reason I keep buying their products.
