I purchased a SHO sports bottle 2 years ago and I have been delighted with it, my best purchase ever. It really does keep liquids cold for 24 hrs. I recently contacted customer services with a query about a possible issue with the bottle and the response was prompt and totally beyond my expectation. I have found SHO to be a fantastic company to deal with and I can certainly recommend their products.
