😡 😡 Heads up to anyone considering the calix as a coffee cup...not suitable for hot drinks over 60c which is not advertised anywhere prior to buying so you end up with redundant cups. customer service appalling their argument is you've bought it as its not faulty you can't return for refund as it says under the lid and on enclosed instructions all after purchasing. Wouldn't have purchased if prior warning. Not sure about you but my kettle. Boils at 100c 😡 😡

Sho reusable are a brilliant company I wouldn’t shop anywhere else there guzzlers, newts & calix cups are first class , also there customer service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them and Hollie, & Ellie from there customer service are so helpful. You can definitely buy from them with confidence.
I’m currently having chemo and need to drink plenty of water so I bought a large Guzzler from SHO, this fits the bill perfectly as it contains nearly a litre and has been invaluable in the recent heatwave. I chose a bright pink cheery colour, and have stayed hydrated. Water stays chilled all night and the wide mouth means I can add ice cubes.

Had better water bottles from a supermarket,brought my son one of the kids space print bottles,only been used for 4 weeks the paint is coming off already and he dropped it once on the floor in the car and it has a dent in it now.waste of money and when I emailed customer services about it.i was just offered a discount on a new bottle trying to make me waste more money and would not give me a replacement bottle.
Bought several bottles from SHO . Had an issue with a new Newt bottle. It lets in air and is really unpleasant to drink out of. Customer service firstly sent me a video to watch. Took bootle apart several times…. Still had the issue. Contacted them again and then they wanted a video of me putting it back together and drinking out of it to show that I was using it properly… seriously treat you like an idiot. Refused and they still wont replace the lid. They want me to pay to return the bottle. Said bottle is now in the bin!
Ellie and Hollie in the customer service team have been exceptional, helping me sort my faulty SHO Guzzler. They did everything I asked and now, problem solved. SHO bottles out of all the insulated bottles I've bought are by far the best.
I brought the newt, it was the only bottle/cup i didn't have, and i love it, i’ve ordered one for my husband and my kids want one too now. They are a little pricey but i love how it all comes apart and all can go in the dishwasher.

Ever since my first order, which was a lucky dip box which contained a number of random products, I've been impressed (a) the products themselves and (b) the high level of customer service. Since that first order I've acquired a large range of SHO products and in every case they have lived up to expectations and the claims made by SHO. While these products may not be the cheapest, there are plenty of lookalikes on the market, these are way better in function and build quality. Customer service at SHO is also of the highest level. Would definitely recommend these products without hesitation.
Firstly I love the Sho products. The water bottles and sports bottles all keep my water ice cold all day. The calix coffee cups are brilliant they don't leak they fit in the cup holder in my car perfectly and I've always got them with me. The food flasks are brilliant we all use ours regularly and take everything to work in them hot food cold food desserts I even put ice lollies in them and took them to pick the children up from school. The service from this company is second to none and I would recommend their products and service. I have been using these products for 5 years and will continue to do so.

I have just received great customer service from Sho. I had an issue with marks on my bottle after first use so sent an email to their customer service team. I received a lovely reply from Ellie with a suggestion of something I could try to resolve the issue before it was taken any further. It worked so I emailed her back to let her know & thank her for her help. Would definitely recommend Sho products. The product quality is excellent, I bought 1 to fit in my handbag & it’s perfect. I love that it comes with a normal lid & a straw lid with zipper. Both are water tight and I am confident they won’t spill.
I had contacted the team for a replacement seal within the guarantee of the life SHO bottle. The team were very helpful even when I ended up asking for the wrong item. They were swift in their responses and send the required component. Generally I enjoy using the SHO bottle due to its capacity to keep items cold/hot for extended periods of time.
I have had many of there products before. Recently one bottle didn’t look right after a few weeks of having it I contact them to explain the paint had cracked. They have such good customer service. They sorted it out and shipped a new one straight away. Asking for all the details so they could find out why it happen.

I bought my son a new water bottle last week as he needed a new one, unfortunately the lid came damaged, which i think was due to delivery ad the box was damaged, i contacted customer service straight away & the next day i had a reply from Ellie with an apology & replacement lid sent out straight away.
Wish all companies customer service was this good.
