Best water bottles
Been buying from this company for a couple of years now. The whole family now own water bottles & coffee mugs. The water bottles are fantastic & keep the water so cold for hours. I bought my son a new water bottle last week as he needed a new one, unfortunately the lid came damaged, which i think was due to delivery ad the box was damaged, i contacted customer service straight away & the next day i had a reply from Ellie with an apology & replacement lid sent out straight away. Wish all companies customer service was this good. I have recommended this company to lots of friends who now use them.
