Pacto Coffee Cup. Would work as a cup/mug in the house but if you plan to move with it then it's hopeless. It's classed as splash proof but mine leaked badly.
Was asked to send a video, which I did, but apparently that amount of leakage is normal. Hard to believe really.
No refund offered as it's been used, not sure my psychic powers would be good enough to detect it would leak without using it though so that was a head scratcher.
Was offered a credit against something else which wasn't any use as I wanted a coffee cup of this size.
Customer service was pleasant enough but ultimately pointless.
So a complete waste of money. The only positive is I'll be able to speak to friends, family, colleagues, etc to tell them about how bad this product is.
I am a genuine customer who discovered SHO via Facebook a year or so ago. We have over 15 products between us in the house mainly because I’m always drinking Tea or Coffee but like my drinks to remain hot or cold. I’ve genuinely bought so many in my time and SHO does the best at keeping things hot or cold. I’ve gone through 5 Calix cups alone and rotate them all day. I’ve tried nearly every product they sell including the food flasks which my partner uses on the road. The only way to keep his food warm so it’s great for him.
My SHO bottles have become part of my daily outfit and it’s unusual if I’m seen without one on the school run LOL
I’m about to try the Newt once they’ve got some colours back in stock, hopefully before my holiday! I’ve reached out to customer services numerous times and they’ve always provided a solution or a replacement. Their team is great and I was quite surprised to see their score on here quite low, this is far from the experience I’ve had. Genuinely, give them a go if you like to stay hydrated like me :)
Company is great but disappointed with the newt bottle don’t think it keeps drinks as cold bought them before the new 500ml guzzler came out or I would have stuck with the guzzler. Have many bottles and overall will still recommend to everyone
First of all delivered on time in a well packaged box and bag.
Not disappointed with the green one that I chose this time and the 750 newt is just great for the longer journeys. Keeps my drinks cold for the whole journey and ice cubes don't melt so I can top up when the first bottle of fluid runs out before my journey finishes.
Never been disappointed with any of my purchases so far, keep up the good work.
For me the price point is a considered purchase so it has to live up to the publicity.
I love the designs visually. But both my bottle and food flask fail to keep things warm let alone hot. I follow all guidance including pre warming. Shame. Really do need to find something that keeps my food hot enough to not be off putting come lunch time.
I had purchased 2 of these one for me and the other for my 6 year old he dropped it at school which he is only little so wasn’t from a great height. The handle snapped. Not what you would expect

Upsetting to be honest as they claim to offer 4 year guarantee. And in the message they said yes if the bottle is faulty?? I’m not being funny but for £30 you wouldn’t expect the handle to break.
I really like my Sho products & have quite the collection of water bottles plus I’ve bought gifts e.g. the dog bowl & a couple of tumblers. Have had great feedback from my friends. My favourite would be the original without the straw (not a fan) but I’ve no complaints about any of the products. The bottles really do keep cold drinks cold & is very refreshing hours later. The app is easy to use & delivery is quick.
Good products. Unfortunately delivery and service shocking. Ordered 4th, still not despatched end 6th May. Sent email only to be told they will respond in 3-5 days! This is my 3rd order and definitely my last.
Iv got the tumblers the flasks the travel mugs and food flasks and iv even bought for few family we love them no spills if tip up which is a bonus even the handbag size when tips up doesn’t spill in handbag love sho fast delivery update as soon as order then updated till arrives comes packaged nice as well very happy deffo recommend specially for price as iv buy other bottles for lot more and have leaked sho is my favourite
I have 3 of the guzzler bottles. 2 950ml, and one 1.9L. I love both of the 950ml, they keep my water cold for the promised time, and they easily fit in my bag (I use one for work, and one for bed). I decided to order the 1.9L to use at home to keep track of my water intake. However, the 1.9 doesn't keep drinks cold for very long, maybe a few hours max. I'll put in cold water from the fridge first thing in the morning, but by late morning/lunchtime, it's more room temperature. Disappointed, but overall I do get good use out of the smaller ones.
Really good experience, bought one of the food flasks on Amazon and it didn't work despite me doing everything right (pre-filling with water, making sure the food was right up to the top etc). Contacted SHO direct, I was dealt with by Hollie in their customer care team. She was super helpful and arranged a replacement to be sent even though I did not initially buy mine direct from them. Really pleased with the service and am loving now being able to take a hot lunch to work each day. Thank you :-)
As always my item arrived quickly, well packaged and it’s lovely as always. I have many items from this company. I’ve bought some as gifts, which have intern made my family buy more of the products for themselves and as gifts.
I love how long my coffee stays hot. I like to drink it slow and in these cups I can. I don’t have to rush it before it goes cold. I’m the summer I fill my cup with ice and add drink around it. My ice always lasts till the end of the day. Even in a hot car during the summer, my ice cold drink is still icy.
Definitely will buy more in the future. Have many colours and styles. Can’t wait to see what else is new.

Excellent products. I have received a few of the SHO products and I am impressed with them all. Durable, lovely colours and designs. The turnaround from ordering to receiving the products were excellent. The packaging is brilliant. Highly recommend.

I would have given a 5 star review as I have so many of their products and because I love the colours I treat my various style water bottles as an accessory to my outfit for the day. I have also purchased many as presents for family and friends.
However customer service really let them down when following an accident the top of my current favourite shattered. I requested a replacement. No you have to buy it..£5.....if they had just checked my account and seen what I've spent with them over the years I'd think it good customer relations to say Yes....
I've now made my last sadly....
Have a large food flash- if you follow the instructions it works amazing..partner does 12 hour shifts, he will open his flash 6-7 hours in and the contents (so far noodles, chicken hotpot , and hotdogs) have been piping hot still
