I had purchased 2 of these one for me and the other for my 6 year old he dropped it at school which he is only little so wasn’t from a great height. The handle snapped. Not what you would expect I sent a message to the team and was honest with them and thought they may replace. I was dismissed and offered 20% off another. Upsetting to be honest as they claim to offer 4 year guarantee. And in the message they said yes if the bottle is faulty?? I’m not being funny but for £30 you wouldn’t expect the handle to break.
