Pacto Coffee Cup - Worst I've Ever Had
Pacto Coffee Cup. Would work as a cup/mug in the house but if you plan to move with it then it's hopeless. It's classed as splash proof but mine leaked badly. Was asked to send a video, which I did, but apparently that amount of leakage is normal. Hard to believe really. No refund offered as it's been used, not sure my psychic powers would be good enough to detect it would leak without using it though so that was a head scratcher. Was offered a credit against something else which wasn't any use as I wanted a coffee cup of this size. Customer service was pleasant enough but ultimately pointless. So a complete waste of money. The only positive is I'll be able to speak to friends, family, colleagues, etc to tell them about how bad this product is.
