Product and Service is awesome
I've had 4 bottles of varying type and 2 food flasks over around 2-3 years They are awesome quality and keep hot things hot and cold things cold for hours, customer service is incredible off anything does go wrong, which is very rare. I had a seal fail on a bottle and received a new one in the post within a couple of days. Cannot recommend SHO enough
