If I could give no stars I would. I have previously had water bottles from this company. However, I have just purchased a new one and it is clearly faulty. It doesn’t keep anything cold or warm for any more than an hour. I contacted them to arrange to return it but I have been told I have to do a 12 hour test with hot water in the bottle and then report back to them the temperature even though I have told them it doesn’t keep anything warm for less than an hour also sent them photos of the batch number underneath the bottle. This debacle has been going on now for five days and still this company has not gave me a returns label. Their Customer Service is shocking, there is no phone number and communication via email is slower than pigeon post. I certainly will not be using this company again and will I ever get my money back for their substandard insulated bottle.
