Struggling to obtain a full refund.
I received the shoes, they arrived later than expected but that was ‘ok’. Unfortunately that’s all I can say that is positive to date. I ordered two sizes of shoe in the same style. There is no difference between the two sizes and neither fit. I emailed customer service to request the return address, enclosing photos of the shoes as requested. It took a little while for them to respond but when they did they offered a 20% refund and suggested I keep both pairs of shoes. I politely declined and the offer increased but I don’t want the shoes - they don’t fit! This has been going backwards and forwards since the 27/8 - I just want a full refund in return for the fully resale-able goods. It’s so frustrating!
