Racist Company
I have been a loyal Snapfish customer for years and have always used them to create my personal calendars. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frankly troubling. While customizing my 2025 calendar, I noticed that Juneteenth—a federally recognized holiday—was missing from Snapfish’s pre-populated holiday list. Even more concerning, there was no option to add Juneteenth under the holiday customization tab, despite every other federal holiday being included and editable. I reached out to Snapfish multiple times over the past two months seeking an explanation or resolution and received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of acknowledgment only made the situation worse. As an African American customer, this omission feels dismissive and exclusionary. Juneteenth holds deep historical and cultural significance, and its absence—combined with the company’s refusal to respond—comes across as careless at best and discriminatory at worst. When a company chooses which federal holidays are worthy of recognition, silence speaks volumes. After years of loyalty, I expected better. At a minimum, Snapfish should be responsive, inclusive, and willing to correct oversights that impact entire communities. Sadly, that was not my experience, and I will be deleting my account immediately.
