Great experience working with William the manager who communicated with me on the phone and email throughout the entire process. He helped me place the order so I got exactly what I wanted. A fino fino grade Havana Montecristi hat made to my specifications and for a price that was below what I expected. Panama hat Direct (PHD) sent regular updates by email and included pictures of the hat as it was being made. In the end, I got the hat of my dreams and they sent the name and picture of the weaver who made my hat.
