Highway Robbery
My daughter was getting married, and I was looking for a mother-of-the-bride wedding gown. The Macy's personnel shopper went and ordered a dress from them. Unfortunately, the gown did not fit and had to be returned. My biggest was when the credit was less than what was originally paid. The company claims the difference of approximately 15% of the original price was a restoration fee, shipping, and handling. I think that this is a highway robbery.
