Dysfunctional booking system
After few attempts to rent a car on Drive lah website, I finally got the confirmation from a car owner to rent his car for a certain period of time. I planned my schedule accordingly. Two weeks after the confirmation, I realized that Drive lah had allowed the owner to simply cancel the booking few days after the confirmation, for no reasons. Even worse, Drive lah had not even notified me about this unjustified cancellation! Very disappointing
