Tried several times to return items following all of your return requirements, always got “ no record of account” and site would not go farther. You have charged my account, keep sending me your advertisements, but cannot get a return, or any customer service help. Items purchased are now beyond 30 days for return although I tried many times shortly after items were shipped and paid for.
