I was leery about purchasing a special occasion dress online. But I was pleasantly surprised by JJ's House. The dress arrived within the given timeframe. The dress fit perfectly, no alterations needed. Thank you. The one issue I have is that there is no traditional phone-based customer service. I gather a personal touch is no longer needed as long as companies get paid. Sad how technology has replaced humans with this cold method of purchasing merchandise.
