Tomtop.com have sold me a damaged item
Tomtop.com have sold me a damaged item. The condition of the packaging did not equal the damage to the item. I firmly believe I was used as a dumping ground for broken goods and Tomtop.com had no intentions of giving me my money back. Tomtop.com won't pay the freight to take it back, won't fully refund my money, won't send a new item. They just keep on sending me silly email sayjng that they have provided the return address and I have to pay the postage. Don't be fooled by positive reviews as you can see the reviews have been "invited". They are not true. Don't be tricked into thinking your experience will be any better than mine. Don't buy from these people. EVER.

Fraudulent behaviour.
My item arrived damaged and I have requested a refund. Not going to occur. Damage to item did not equal the damage to packing as packing was in good condition. I now firmly believe that damaged goods are sold and sent out without any intentions of providing a refund. Do not be fooled by positive feedback as this can be purchased. Also don't be fooled into thinking your experiences will be any different. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TOMTOP.COM, ITS NOT WORTH THE HEART ACHE.
Tomtop.com reply to this post asked me to contact their support people I have been in contact with their support people since I put this review up. They will not pay postage back even though they have not provided the item I purchased- undamaged. Poor customer service. If I send the damaged item back Tomtop.com will simply have my proof and go quiet as they have with other customers.

Tomtop.com not trustworthy.
Item arrived damaged. Contacted tomtop.com and was offered $9au. Item cost $74au. Declined offer and was offered $20au. Advised tomtop.com that this was not appropriate. Have not heard from tomtop.com again. I thought I had found a trustworthy business but I was very wrong.Happy to change this review if tomtop.com act responsibly. I have now been offered $40au for my $74au item. Just not fair. Tomtop.com have now offered 65% of the purchase price and have since changed their mind. They want me to cover costs and send the item back so they can have a look at it. I have already sent very clear photos 10 minutes after it arrived damaged. I never received an undamaged item. They should be covering postage. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from tomtop.com.
