Great products, and amazing people behind them!
After a great experience getting and using my first order of Bettr products, I ordered two more trio packs, but after a few weeks they had not yet arrived. Their customer support was very helpful and was genuinely concerned, assuring me the delay was unavoidable because of the pandemic but it would arrive soon - which it did after a week. When I opened my shipment, I found one of the tubes was faulty and some product had leaked out. I sent photos to the same customer support executive and within half an hour I got notice on email that a shipment was on the way to replace the damaged tube along with a token to make things - bettr. :-) I haven't experienced client support this warm and responsive yet - these guys don't just make awesome products that really work - they genuinely care about their customers. So buy with confidence! They are the real deal, and rock big time.
