Damaged and not the best quality
I am writing regarding my recent order of "The Bare Case - for iPhone 12 Pro Max Pacific Blue / Case Only”. I received the case today through DHL but to my disappointment, it came in damaged. The outside packaging was ok but the case box inside was torn and the case inside is warped and bent. This is my first order with your company and clearly not the best impression. The case did not meet my expectation in quality either...I sent photos to the customer service asking for a refund or replacement. Update: 9/18: After my email and post, I did receive an email back from customer support and a new one was sent to me. This time came in good condition. Appreciate the quick response from the customer support and sending a replacement, so updating my rating to 4 stars.
