Excellent after-sales service
I had a problem with a part on my Qidi Plus 4 3D printer. I contacted customer service, and Evelyn responded. After asking me a couple of essential questions, she sent me the replacement part I needed in no time at all—and not only that, but after I received it, Evelyn made sure I had installed it and that everything was working properly. I work with many brands of 3D printers, and I have to say that Qidi has pleasantly surprised me.
