Received on time and support team was great
Was initially hesitant to buy off of Lightmalls since it's an overseas company (I'm in AU), but fears were alleviated when I got quick turnaround on questions to their Customer Support team. Ordered from them on 3 September and received the device on 19 September. The minor problem I did have was the pricing was a bit confusing. On the checkout page, there were 2 different prices showing up and it was not clear to me that the first one was in USD while the other was in AUD. The surcharge from PayPal was also not shown. It was still relatively cheaper than buying retail. Overall experience was good, tracking numbers were provided and I saw regular updates on where the package was. Would definitely buy from them again in the future.
