Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased a full set of Sauce and frying pans in March 2025 and have been generally pleased with them and they look great. I was disappointed earlier this year when one of the frying pans developed a problem with food stocking and being burned on. I eventually decided to contact Hexclad for advice and a possible replacement and whilst I had a few hoops to jump through the customer service was exemplary, I dealt with two ladies, Hazel and Salma who were polite, courteous and prompt in their responses and we have the right outcome. You can have issues with any item purchased but it is comforting in this day and age that good customer service still exists where the Company cares about it's customers.
