At first the app works with all features then the received messages were unreadable especially on snapchat then outgoing messages were unstable I fixed that then location didn't work or screen capture. I was asked to uninstall and reinstall 4 times and restart the phone 4 times to resolve the problem this did not work at all. Was then asked to change the time to 24 hour clock to resolve the issue which it was already set to and still no joy. Then I was told I had to wait for the app to be update by the creator's and maybe it would work then...bare in mind there is no set time this update/new version will be available. So I've been paying alot of money for ensure my kids wellbeing for an app that only half works... Update... They did give me a 30% refund for the app not being fully functional
