Great customer service
I tried to place an order online to no avail. Being an elder the internet ways can sometimes be baffling. I ended up calling to place my order and even though they were experiencing a high volume of calls they offered for me to leave my number and get a call back. I dont usually, but I chose the option and it was great. I heard back from Gwen, a kind, good listening team member who was a big help. She was more than able to meet my expectations! Once again always pleased with PetMeds products and customer service. Thanks again from me and Rory
