I bought Nike trainers for £120 at the end of March. After one month, I noticed an issue with the left trainer's sole — it had partially decompressed. I initiated a return on 28th April, and as of 16th May I still haven't received my money back. When I contacted their support, they confirmed the item is in their warehouse but said they are in no hurry. It's clear they have missed the two-week refund window, but nobody seems to care.
