AVOID CHUWI PRODUCTS
Sent endless emails- no response. I have very important files on the laptop. It comes on for few seconds and turns off. The second laptop doesn't come on. Avoid biying any chuwi products. The price may seem okay but I can promise you it will malfunction. Please spend the extra $100 or so and get a reliable brand. Chuwi refuses to take responsibility despite this happening to many people This is not right and not fair.
