I regret buying on line from this company
I purchased a litter robot on the official site. They say they shipped it. I've received nothing. They tell me there is a ticket open with FedEx about the missing item and they will update me when they hear something. I've heard nothing. They "can't" cancel the order. This company has terrible service and I regret giving them money without having a product in hand.
