Extremely poor customer support.
I purchased KCR converter from this company last year. Soon after the purchase company declared that this product no longer works. I reached out to the company about it thinking for money return. Instead they offered me license of epubor ultimate. I thought it was a good gesture from company, only to find out few months later that they provided me time limit license of this alternate product. Now they don't want to extend the license asking me to pay full again. Extremely poor and felt cheated by them.
