My package did not arrive and its been over 2 weeks. I haven't heard back from them about a refund. The issue is with the delivery service but I had the same issue when shopping with a competing brand and a refund was sent to me as soon as I reached out. Disappointed and will be rethinking shopping with Tiger Mist in the future.
