I am having a bad experience with the TOMTOP.com site
I am having a bad experience with the tomtop.com site. I bought a printer where the shipping times were from 3 to 6 days. The purchase was made on 09/21/2021 and still the package is still in Germany. I have contacted the support team but have not received any response. Disappointed by this bad experience, in fact if it does not arrive within three days I will ask for a return and a full refund.
