WOW I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS THREAD BEFORE
WOW. I wish I had seen this before ordering. I (finally) received my sandals and they SMELLED like old tires. Not just a whiff but reeked and were unwearable. Their customer service offered a $3 refund (on a $50 item) and then suggested I take a photo to show the damage. I have filed a resolution with PayPal but we'll see how that goes. Going to share my experience in every social channel I can. Just so awful.
