Works great, but can't do 5 stars
After 2 uses so far, my Z-10 is working great! So why 3 stars? 1. They did not offer a mower deck adapter large enough to fit my Kubota ZD-28, so they sent the largest one they make. It easily took 5 man days of work (plus think time) to get the MDA to seal up properly, but I admit to not being the fastest at such projects. 2. The mounting hardware they sent with the MDA did not properly fit the shape of that adapter. Some cutting/welding was required to match the hardware to the contour of the adapter. This was a 'you gotta be kidding me' moment. Their factory mounting hardware SHOULD fit their adapter. 3. After a few calls to tech support to work through these issues, I felt they weren't really 'into' helping much. I was on my own. But, with all the above in the rearview mirror, I am happy to say the Z-10 does a killer job of vacuum/dicing up leaves and pine needles. I may be ordering the 'power lift unloader' accessory, because a full debris catcher is way heavier than I expected.
