Delivery was slow.
Delivery was slow. I was sent a proof of how the message would look on the document. I emailed them, explained the problem and was then sent a new proof of how the message would look, I was happy with this however when the document arrived it had been printed as per the original draft which I had complained about. I contacted the company via email, received a prompt reply and a full new pack was sent and received within 3 days. Very happy with the service
