The lack of information after placing my order made me think that your website was a scam. If there had been a message to say that it would take over two days to issue the tickets this information would have irritated due to it's extreme duration but would have settled my mind knowing something was happening however slowly. I hope that my reply is helpful and I am happy with finally receiving my tickets which seem to be ok.
