Very Pleased
Thanks to Etoren, I was able to buy two phones which aren't available anywhere in the UK, and much cheaper than I was expecting for that class of phone. Delivery took two and half weeks, arriving near the start of the quoted delivery window. Etoren transferred the phones "internally" between their main and UK warehouses, then it was a DPD next day service to me, with no extra VAT or customs duties to pay. The phones arrived well-packed and factory sealed. Only minor niggle was the lack of tracking information - the website just showed "warehouse transfer" and then the next alert I got was a text from DPD on the morning of delivery! Etoren's email with the tracking number didn't arrive until two days after delivery! Overall, very pleased with the experience and will happily use again in the future.
