I've bought a laptop stand (I am actually using it for my projector, hope its no crime :) ). The base of the stand was slightly damaged, and it was no harm for the stand's fucntionality. I've sent them a photo of the damaged part and in a week they've sent me a brand new base part (no additional fees or smth like that). Support (via email) was nice and helpful.
