I bought the premium home plan
I bought the premium home plan. My air conditioner went out. What they don't tell you when you buy the plan is that they will buy you a new unit but you have to pay to have it installed. The unit was about $1800.00. The installation was $1950.00. I ended up paying equal to what they paid. That's what they don't tell you! You can't complain because the only people that answer the phone barely speak english somewhere at a call center god only knows where.
